  • Full payment or a specified deposit is required to confirm a booking.

  1. Check-In and Check-Out
  • Check-in time: 12.00pm
  • Check-out time: 11.00am
  • Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  1. Liability
  • The resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • Guests are responsible for their behavior and liable for any damage caused.

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Jurisdiction of Bangalore.

  • Cane Crussh Company is the sole owner and operator of the Kurma Private Beach Homestay. The company is responsible for all operations and adheres to applicable legal and regulatory compliances. Guests and visitors must acknowledge that all services and facilities provided within the resort premises are managed exclusively by Cane Crussh Company.
